52% Viognier (Shake Ridge Ranch) / 36% Gewurztraminer (Russian River Valley) / 12% Chardonnay (Dry Creek AVA)

The Viognier is from a site spanning two hillsides at Shake Ridge Ranch. The fruit at the top of the hillside is ripe and caramelized while the fruit in the valley is acidic and energetic. Vinified together brings complexity that compliments the Gewurztraminer’s citrus infusion and the Chardonnay’s creamy roundness.
Pairing Recommendation: Fresh oyster/ceviche/shrimp cocktail -anything bright and citrusy, but briny seafood is our favorite pairing
In a pinch? - almonds, the sweet and saltiness from salted almonds will pair nicely.

The cool foggy mornings in the Russian River ensure a long even growing season. The warm afternoons allow the fruit to ripen fully and bring forth the region’s signature dark cherry notes.
Pairing Recommendation: Roast Duck/Pork Chop/Salmon. Pinot is a workhorse wine for pairings, the bright fruit and acidity bring out the most delicious flavors from a roast.
In a pinch? - milk chocolate. The creaminess from the chocolate will bring out the bright berry flavors in the wine.
2019 “Les Vegabondes” Tempranillo
100% Single Vineyard, Shake Ridge Ranch, Amador County AVA

A red varietal with rich characteristics similar to Cabernet Sauvignon, but with its own distinctive black fruit flavors of blackberry and blueberry, finishing long with an intriguing graphite note. Pairs excellent with rich, belly filling cuisine.
Pairing Recommendation: Steak, or anything rich and buttery. This one cuts through fat and envelopes the palate so beautifully.
In a pinch? - potato chips. The saltiness and fat in potato chips combines with this wine to form a silkiness that epitomizes pairings. It’s my personal favorite.
