Wine is a blend between co-fermentations with Grenache/Syrah, and Grenache/Syrah/Viognier and 100% Grenache. It is an ode to winemaking styles from the Southern Rhone region of France. The co-fermentations change the nature of the varietals, brining them together at the grape stage presents nuances lost when blended before bottling. This wine is layered and rich and full of ripe red berry notes and a hint of dried herbs.
